Business Planning

There are a number of reasons why an enterprise might require a business plan; such as satisfying your bankers, creating next year's budget or attracting new shareholders, but there is only one good reason for doing it and that is to provide a document which represents the collective aspirations and plans for those who own or manage the business over a foreseeable time period - and in a realistic way.

It can be surprisingly easy to produce a plan - fully supported by marketing data - which will convince outsiders that your business has a great future. But if you know your markets and your competition and take these sensibly into account, you will generally be more conservative but have a better chance of beating the competition and coming out ahead.

We have in-depth experience in business planning both as line managers and at CEO and board level and will be happy to support you in the planning process.
